In a changing environment, the firm competitiveness dépends more and more on its ability to anticipate and adapt to the market trend . The concept of business intelligence clearly singles our fact by enabling the firm to detect and to interpret precocious warning signs concerning the breaks that could occur in the evolution of its socio-economic and technological environment.
In other respects, the equation between the information system and the released information from business intelligence enable firms to be equipped inter a more reliable data base to better take their decisions and to support a collective intelligence. Our seminar will focus on work/paper particularly interested in proposing an adequate using of the information system with the business intelligence released information and decision support tools for Competitive Intelligence (CI) tasks.
